Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Israel
Born on August 24, 1968 in Ural region, Kazakhstan.
In 1993 he graduated from the Almaty Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages.
Trained at the Foreign Service Academy in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (1994) and the Clingendael Institute of International Relations in the Kingdom of the Netherlands (1995).
1993 - Lecturer at the Kazakh State University of International Relations and World Languages.
1993-1995 - Attaché of the Department of European Countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1995-2000 - Attaché, third secretary, second secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Hungary.
2000-2002 - First Secretary, Councilor to the Department of Bilateral Cooperation, Head of the Department of Europe and America of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2002-2007 - First Secretary, Councilor to the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kingdom of Belgium.
2007-2011 - Deputy Head, Head of the Department of Inter-Parliamentary Relations and International Cooperation of the Senate Office of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

September 30, 2019 appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Israel.
Has a diplomatic rank Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Envoy of the II class.
He speaks English and French.
Married, has two children.
